AP Board Exam 2021: After CBSE class 12, students demand cancellation of Inter, SSC exams


 Days after the central government decided to cancel CBSE Class 12 board exams 2021 in view of the uncertain conditions due to COVID-19, many state boards also decided to cancel the final exam of Class 12 this year. Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh followed the steps of CBSE and cancelled Class 10 and Class 12 exams. But Andhra Pradesh is set to conduct both SSC and Inter exams as per the schedule.      

 

Recently, AP Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh has written a letter to Union Education MinisterRamesh Pokhriyal over conduction Intermediate exams in the state.

 

In the letter, the Andhra Minister has said the state is planning to conduct the intermediate exams in August and decides to declare the results within 40 days. He said the exam schedule will be announced 15 days prior to the exams.   

Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh government had postponed the AP SSC Exam 2021 till further notice. According to the official notice issued from the Chief Minister's Office, the government has postponed the class 10 exam and new dates will be announced after reviewing the situation in July. Andhra Pradesh Board examinations were scheduled to be held from June 7 to June 16, 2021.
